1. Eligibility
To use CBC AI, you must be a school, administrator, or authorized staff. Users must comply with Kenyan law and these Terms.
2. User Accounts
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Do not share accounts unless explicitly authorized
- Report unauthorized access immediately
3. Use of the Service
- Use only for lawful educational purposes
- No misuse, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the platform
- Do not upload harmful or illegal content
4. Data Ownership
Schools retain full ownership of their data. CBC AI stores it securely and only uses it to provide services. You may request data export or deletion.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- CBC AI is billed termly or annually
- Unpaid accounts may be suspended
- Custom features or integrations may cost extra
6. Downtime and Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party failures or force majeure.
7. Termination
- We may suspend your account for violations or unpaid fees
- You may terminate at any time (no partial refunds)
8. Limitation of Liability
CBC AI is not liable for data loss, third-party issues, or improper system use by users. Schools must ensure proper data entry and staff training.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
